Knuckle and wheel bearings are the same, its just he hub that goes through the knuckle thats different, because of the number of splines.

I will measure and post back about the size of the splined end.

So just a different hub piece, might aswell get used lx knukles form the junkies at that point. Thx again for the quick stuff. Your're awsome.

I'm thinking about getting rid of the protege 1.8L shocks on my 323 and puttin some ksport. But i modified the mx6 knuckles to fit the shocks. So i'd get ksport shocks with lx knukles (bolt on from there except for mounting the shocks to the frame but thats an easy one, Make me a plate and weld it up on the strut towers.)
Then i could run the G-types tranny with a new smaller clutch and have more availability and also get a G-type limited slip. I dont want to get a Guru and the h-types are rare around here compared the to g-types.

thx again!

You should be able to use a 323 strut top on a mx6 strut. But you might need to drill the hole out in the center of it a bit, we did this on my friends car. It is a BG 323, with mx6 front knuckles/hubs/struts and BG strut tops.

Plan is to have pillow ball mounts/camber plates for ultimate adjustement so i won't be using BG strut tops. Im going to make a whole knew strut housing on the frame itself that way there is no hole enlarging.

BTW, what did your friend do about the tie rod ends? The mx6 knuckle coupled with the BG rack gives you awful toe in. I modified the inner rods to thread the ends in the most i can to correct toe. Is there any other way you know of? thx

His car still has BG tie rod ends and it was fine, are you using a manual or power steering rack? His is a manual rack, might be a tiny bit longer.

AH! I knew it! Damn! I have a p/s rack. Thanks for the confirmation though! I bought an 88 rack for 50$ at the yard. I have no clue if its the same width as the 90+ racks but ill find out and if it's a few bits shorter ill just have more toe adjustement possibilities with the longer aftermarket tie rods.

thx loads!

Ah ok fair enough, get the motor done first

When it comes time to 5-stud the rear, give me a yell if you have any problems. I know exactly what you need and how to do it, bolt on no mods required.

Thats insane. You better still be around by June! I modified so many things to make this motor fit. Its absurd. But meh. I love it! It looks great there too.
