I'll assume that your friend's Probe has AAS. It should be possible to order new AAS struts from Mazda. It is here in the USA. They are $165/each... They were gone for a while, but now they are back.. If you can make arrangements with someone here to buy them for you, and then ship them to you, it is probably cheaper to buy them in the States, and ship them there, than order direct from Ford or Mazda in Latvia...
You are looking at USD$750 or so. (or say.. 500Euros) Is it worth that much for your friend to get new AAS struts? |

I don't know about AAS nothing, but that is what he said to me.
Well it looking to it from other side in Latvia money is lats (Ls). 1$= 0.47 Ls In our counrty I can buy kyb struts for mx6 2nd gen for 280Ls = $600. But original parts cost 2x - 10x higher. for example crysler distributor costs from 750 Ls - 900 Ls = $1600 - $1900. So as I think $750 (350Ls) could be quite afordable price for probe enthusiast. But where could I find someone to make this agreement with? |
