boost controller help

boost controller help.

I installed Joe P MBC according to instruction.

1. Turbo elbow- controller
2. wastegate- controller

and use the adjustable bolt to adjust boost.

However, I am only boosting 7-8 PSI MAX no matter which way I move it.

dont know what I did wrong, if anyone else has had this problem?

note: plugged up all openings of solenoid

just finished running hose between turbo outlet and wastegate bypassing solenoid. Still boostin 7 PSI.

Anyone help?

turbo outlet (boost signal) goes into the bottom of the boost controller, the output (side) goes to the wastegate nipple. Please take pics.
