Grin Got a couple of ????

Hello
Everyone I am new to the site and have purchased a 1989 mazda mx6 gt
the drivers side window pops like crazy going down the switch was broken when I got the car but I replaced the switch now the window can barely go up dont want to burn the new switch up so I just leave it up all the time,, I took the regulator out and cleaned it and lubricated it good but still got window problems What other regulators will fit this car the salvage yards I have found want almost 200 bucks for one any cheaper ideas?? ( other than window up or down all the time haha LOL )

Other question located on the top of the motor is a TC the person I purchased it from stated that was a to control when the turbo comes on..
I have never heard of that but I know very little about turbos.. I was thinking that the tc stood for Trottle control ( I am not very smart on these little cars) what is the purpose of the screw on the intake labeled TC and what is it susposed to be set at?? Thanks for any help

if you have already cleaned up the window motor and everything, i would suggest lubricating the actual tracks that the window travels on.

there was some talk about using the motors from the rear window regulators of a 626, since they are likely less used or worn.
