Interesting...my FDs (225/45-16) are stamped 96 with hubs like the heavier ones, but they haven't got the extra bracing in between the spokes...more like a cross between the two versions.
On the spacer thing, I've only got fronts on now (15mm H&R hub&wheel-centric) because I didn't get around to doing the rears, and I have indeed noticed less traction at the front. That said, when it's damp I always seem to spin up. Hopefully my new T1-Rs at 225 with hold better than the current T1-S at 205...or I'll knock 5 psi off in wet weather... before someone else says it...."or drive more smoothly in the wet!"...I know! )Last edited by Maputosimon : 9-29-07 at 6:55.
