I tapped 15.8psi today and finally found the cut.
From there, I had to continuously dial her back, as the cut got lower and lower.
Only way i can describe it;
It seemed like the car had to 'remember' it had a fuel cut, and once it did she figured out the right number
Now, I can dial in 13.4psi w/o a cut, anything above 13.6psi will cause a cut.
So, i am leaving her down around 12psi until i chip her.

Dead steady 15.1psi, my controller doesn't spike.
