As far as your speaker covers in the back rattling...try wrapping them with electric tape or some duct tape (all around the inside plastic circular part of the speaker cover)...that should dampen the sound of the rattling...thats what i wound up doing...i cant even notice the rattle any more.

Before you spend all the money on Dynomat, try to stop the speaker covers from rattling...you'll notice a significant difference, at least i did.
