usually when a check engine light comes on it has nothing to do with fluids. However changing coolant and oil would help. But Mostly sensors. Could be an 02 sensor. Or knock, someone else here might be able to narrow down the problem. Try reseting your ECU, its simple, and can't hurt anything.
1) Disconect Battery Ground
2) Depress Brake Pedal for 30 seconds
3) Start up car, let it run for about a minute
