you did, but the answer isn't always as simple as trying a new IP... that's not always convenient, and is often slower, if you go through a proxy. the deeper issue in this case would be to find out why he's getting caught in that dragnet.. but checking the hosts file first (a common hijack point for active x scripts) takes seconds
to rule out other issues before entering a long discussion with goggle tech support based on IP ranges.
