It is an Identity Subscription which allows the posting of an avatar. As well as the Arcade subscription which allows use of the Arcade. I'm still working out exactly how the new "auto forums" is going to be handling all the various subscriptions but there was a lot of concerns and questioning about lack of the ability to renew so that issue has now been resolved

Last time I paid for the Identity Subscription I was still able to get into the Arcade also.
EDIT: Yup. Still have access to the Arcade.
