videogame - unless you replaced the tensioner yourself, you don't know what was done 5k ago by the previous owner.
I always (for instance) ask for old parts back from the mech right from the start when i drop the car off (on the rare occasions i take my DD in during us open season when i have no time to work on it myself), not because i want the old parts but so i know they were in fact replaced.
Its a fairly easy test.
remove the tensioner (if you have tiny hands and tiny stub tools, you can get it from up top,.. otherwise you'll have to take the passenger wheel off, remove the splash guard and access it from the side)
and try and compress it by hand.
if its easy... or doesn't extend on it's own.. that's (potentially) your problem.
More often, on higher mileage 6's - its a combination of tensioner, collapsed hla, etc.
I gotta tell you though - that sound from the video has a different timbre to me than regular old hla tick OR TBT tick... it's a lot more pronounced (judging by the relative volume of it to your voice) and sounds almost like something is hitting the bottom of the VC.
If that isn't it - take the IM and rear VC off, and look at the cams - make sure they're not marked or chipped on the lobes. try the finger squeeze test on a few hlas.
check your pulleys too - make sure you don't have one thats separating or wobbly (thus hitting the timing belt cover, block, or etc)
Given how pronounced the ticking is, i would get under the car too, and get her running. Use the stethescope on the bottom part of the block and especially the oil pan to see how bad it sounds down there...
everything is really close in these motors... odds are its just a collapsed lifer or bad tbt... but you never know.
