Yes but say if 5psi of boost gets you 50hp, and a 25 shot on top gets you 75hp, why not just use 7.5psi of boost to get the same result for much cheaper.

Nitrous I would say is most useful (for the budget factor) when
1. Your turbo is so big you need the [shizzle]. (either for spool or need more powers that what 30psi can provide)
2. Lack of fueling and maxed power (wet shot solves that)

None of which is a problem on a stock internals KL. PS my answer is full of holes and generalisations, but im still right. It is just more complication and stuff to go wrong + more cost.
