I understand for a project and because you want to. I'd rather see a 13b go into an MX. a few guys in NZ have fitted 13b's into front wheel drive 323's and kept them fwd.
primary reason is that i'm getting an rx7 shell. no motor. just the driveline.

other reason is with the tbird and high boost u start to battle the "traction" demon with fwd and have 2 options. Weld the diff, or get a LSD. both of which are costly in their own ways.

with RWD traction will be a non issue when the suspension is done right. and the LSD on the rx7 is rebuildable and won't ruin the transmission if it fails. i'll also be able to use the torque to my advantage in the twisties, and the rx7 is much lighter than the mx6.
