Have you posted it in the appropriate forum as well as here? Put one in 2g other perf or 2g general and see what happens?
Are you sure the purposeless plugs had a purpose on the DE ?
Looms are built for max spec and not all cars use all plugs. My ute has all the loom for the efi version, but no efi. plug for float in brake reservoir and no float switch etc...
Did you label them one by one as you took them off the DE ?
