you're in the wrong section. most likely get more exposure in the general 2g thread. anyway getting to the egr valve from the top of the car (take off air intake box and throttle body) is a pain as there isn't much room and you can't see what you're putting the wrench on. basically directly underneath the throttle body, look down about a foot or so and look for the plug with wires coming out of it next to a vacuum line. going from the bottom is supposedly much easier, but you have to take the crossmember and rear rear header off, so yeah, have fun with that
