Plenty of people.

Besides, I haven't seen an electric car that can toe a trailer packed with a Miata, large heavy tool cart, golf cart, tubs of spare parts, a rack of tires and wheels, easy-ups, 3 55 gallon drums of gas, a grill, and a small living area.

It takes a large turbo diesel to do that. And charging time. I don't like having to wait hours before I can drive it again. There are still more advancements that need to be made before people would get them. (mostly charging time I believe). Nobody wants to forget to charge their car, that would suck.
