I saw it in the search a couple of times, but the sensor that runs behind the alt belt down by the dipstick was the problem. I wiggled it just checking for loose connections, and it started right up. that's your crankshaft position sensor. leads right down to a magnetic pickup sensor right by the cog on the end of the crankshaft.
i've had to patch the wires to it once due to them actually breaking on me. since switching to a ZE, the wires are nicely tucked and don't get in the way.
