Probably, but then I'd have to find a marine starter/alternator, flywheel that will accept the hub for the outdrive... too much work for a less powerful engine

900$ with the trailer. It actually doesn't need a lot of work at all, just the motor to be put in. I'm voluntarily replacing the floors, because they MAY be rotted. I'm replacing the carpet, so why not do it all. -- And yes, i'll be replacing all the seals. I'm going to be ordering all the shop manuals in a few days
