The f2t cranks are pretty stout, i dont think overrevving will be the thing that takes one out. other things are going to fail first. I have already built an fe3 stroker and thrown a rod. So it can be done, my machine shop even said that the crank could have been used again. i have since rebuilt the stroker fe3, and ran it as a daily driver for a few months. I set the rev limit at 7k, when driving hard i usually only took it to 6500 though. i have taken it to the limiter, and it was able to get there with no problem, wouldnt say to do it all the time, and wouldnt really want to take it any higher either. I dropped the comp for a turbo, but so far have not put one on, still in the garage no time or money...it could still almost keep up with a stock f2t at 10psi (don't think the car was running at 100% when we raced though) and have had a couple prelude owners tell me my car would still outrun theirs (stock) so go fe3
as a side not the rev limit on the f2t and f2 n/a is 6200, not 6500...
