Just go to a driver services building.
Dispute the ticket.
They will have to send you a court date.

When you get the date, you send a friend (they can represent you in court)
If the cop doesnt show up, then you're off.
If he does show up, plead guilty for a lesser fine.

They will give you the 115$ base fine.
Pay it and be done with it.

Any driving infractions over here will not hurt yours at home.
