...Well, the other option, which may be simplier.. is to just 'fess up' , pay the fine and be done with it.
All the legal mumbo jumbo you'd have to do, would probably cost as much as the ticket.
On my last 'speeding' ticket (which is a rarity).. I basically admitted my guilt and wrote a check. I figured that this ticket was for all the other ones that I probably shouldve gotten if I were caught. Its pretty damn hard Not to speed (the posted limits), when you're headed to a job or whatever. IMO the speed limits are TOO low anyway.. but thats another topic....
Unless your driving record is Poor, this shouldnt have a major impact on your insurance or premiums...
Pay it.. and move on!!
