I would HIGHLY recommend starting with a complete car, it would nearly be impossible to find all the parts individually needed to swap it correctly.
Heres a list of the stuff needed from a 1st gen 4WS (sure the 2nd gen is pretty similar):
-Rear Subframe
-Rear steering rack
-Rear spindles
-Rear control arms
-Rear trailing arms
-Rear 4WS Sway bar
-Complete wiring harness (and I mean complete, the 4ws wires go through the entire car)
-Control Unit
-Timer/Relay Unit
-4WS Error Light (for dash)
-Gas tank
-Fuel transfer Control Unit
-Front steering rack
-Front 4WS Sway bar
-Steering angle transfer shaft
-Front-to-rear P/S lines
-Resivor-to-front steering gear lines
-P/S resivor with low-fluid sensor
-4WS P/S Pump (basiclly two pumps in one)
-P/S Bracket (4WS specific)
-Transmission speed sensor
-Shifter mount and shift rod
