Hi buddy, this is the drivers side wing.
I've had a good look and I can't see any rust at all, all there is are some very tiny scratches caused by the clips on a car cover, I'll photograph them if you like.
If this wing was polished very well I think it would come up pretty good, however, my advice would that it need spraying.
What you can see arround the indicator opening is dirt.
