So as we know, it is very difficult to get a KLZE to pass the Ontario emissions test just straight up due to a lack of a functioning EGR. People have mentioned testing as hotrod.
KVR Performance Inc. here in Ottawa is a performance shop and they allow people to test their car as hotrod if there is an engine swap. You need to create an affidavit attesting that the engine installed is not native to a USDM vehicle.
