I also remember that I sold those race seats and parted out miata seats from pick and pull. I'll have to check if I have pictures, but I do remember how I installed them. I used those same mx6 brackets that I modded, and placed metal bars at the top (you can weld them on) but I bolted them on. Then on the bars I drilled holes for the miata seat and bolted those on.
