I am currently residing in the South Side of San Diego. I'm a white southsider

standing out like a sore thumb. I was in Poway for the last 2 years, then on Feb1st nearly saw homelessness as my home foreclosed.
I am staying at Chula Vista for now, at the last minute I had to crash a place - no time for interviews. I don't like it one bit, the people
are nice and respectable but the trolley smells like a crusty homeless man's ass, there are really rude thugs/criminals, the area is run
down with litter and garbage, illegals etc everywhere. I am very clean, private, and respectful - and because of such, am suffering from
a bit of fight or flight panic that is interfering with my ability to stay focused. You should be the same way, it's scary when you need
rental income and there is 1 good clean renter in a sea of 99 bad ones. You can stop reposting by renting to me and collect that income now.
I know $550/month cap with no deposit including utilities isn't big money, but I am long term and I work hard. My whole life
has been a living hell since I grew up in a $700K house and my lawyer parents disowned me when I was 17, I've essentially floated from bad
place to bad place. That needs to stop now. Here in C.V. I gave a fair 30 days notice, and on the 28th I need to have a new place ready. North
County is a pleasant area, and the bus system isn't that bad. Would you like to provide housing to someone deserving and in need? Someone
who's whole life has been one big struggle and has a respect for those that are helping him claw his way out of a stressful life like a caged animal?

Don't worry. I have plenty of my own girlfriends (I'm an attractive and success-driven male), and I am automatically clean, so we can skip all that.

Please note I put $700 on here not to be deceptive, but because I know some people charge a lot to keep the riff-raff out of their home and I need
to be considered. I've also noticed the scumlord renters usually look for poor people to victimize and trap into their bad living environments.
I really am dying for a good place to live so I can stop panicking and start functioning. $550/month is all I can afford for now to get
me in the door (cap, with all utilities included).
Ideal Areas:
Poway (miss this place alot, broke my heart to leave)
Rancho PQ
- RPQ - More practical than Poway due to it being right near the #20 bus stop, skip the whole #845 drama and get
straight to business. Ideally by Rancho PQ / Paseo Montril area if possible.
Rancho Bernardo
Upstanding beach areas - PB, La Jolla, Parts of Oceanside.
Not Ideal:
Southside San Diego
East of the 805
High Crime Areas
Ghetto Areas
City Areas (like Downtown SD, unless it's in a classy high rise building
)
Areas with homeless or panhandlers
Any place where your neighbors bump Mariachi music
Any place with fleas
- Fleas that bite, if they aren't attract to me we can get along. usually the type of people I prefer to be around
have the money to de-flea their pets properly and provide adequate pest control for their property
Any place with jail bars on the windows

You get the idea. I don't want to feel like an endangered species
. I just want to feel safe & secure so I can go on with my life
A blighted community or area of a community is not where I belong
Sadly if I don't find my ideal areas, I have to stay in the 'hood of Southside Daygo and be a white SouthSider for another month or so.
Willing to hold out so I can live someplace nice where I can focus on work and not panic about the quality of my living environment.
Focus is important. Even in Poway I was getting bit by fleas constantly, and it drove me insane. Hoping to find a good place. This month
is my 28th birthday and it's the worse year of my life, looking for a speedy recovery. Hook the birthday man up! Thank you for your time.
I bring no drama, illegal drugs, parties, and I don't like to live with drunks or people that smoke tobacco. I'm creditworthy and pay the bills.
If you are a homeowner faced with the pressure of renting a room out in tough times, I'm ideally who you want. I'm not perfect, nobody is.
My lack of perfect is not having a car, but I have a $7000 .com domain name that I'm marketing for sale to handle that issue, my life will
turn around. With that being said, I would appreciate an area close to groceries and public transportation - an area not so spread out.
I know everyone wants very expensive deposits and such to move in, maybe we can work out payment arrangements if that's the case
