89pgt running rich?? Keep failing plugs out!

Ok so I thought I figured out the problem but seems I'm getting close. New plugs seem to help car ran and boosted harder. My throttle body couple pop of at 15psi so I let it run on limp mode home. Let the car set for a while then re started it. Go to the store in my vr6 come back a few hours later I hook everything back up. Car won't start hmm? I pulled the plugs to do a compression test which is 130 across the bored. The plugs were soaked like the sat in a cup of fuel. So I crack the motor a few times to spit any extra fuel out so it wouldn't hydro lock. Cleaned the plugs re installed them. The car after a few short cranks starts up! Now the check engine light is on. I tried to check the codes by grounding out that wire by the driver side Strut tower. Nothing just stays a solid cel. I disconnected the ground off the battery and held the break for 30+ seconds and re connected the battery. Car starts up fine but again a solid cel? I'm thinking o2 sensor? I have another one. I'm going to install that and my Wideband tomorrow to see how rich she is. But I'll do a before and after on the o2 sensors. Could it be ecu? The chip? Combination of bad vaf and o2 sensor?

Would you have any input on this matter? I really need help! Lol
