KLZE vs Turbo 4

i gotta inline 4 94 mx6 with all the body goodies but i got wayyyyy tooooo mannnnyyy miles on the engine. sooooo im thinkin either A) turbo and rebuild internals or B) switch to KLZE but can anyone tell me which would be

1) better cost efficient

2)better labor efficient

3) better power efficient

as well as any mods or upgrades i may need to do in puttin in a KLZE sorry if its a repost but i cant post in other forum pages yet (2G performance) and search wasnt cuttin it for these specific criteria
