What color is this tint?
Is it purple? Does it have bubbles in it?
If it is more than 10 years and purple = a lot of time.
Just purple and newer than 10 = less time involved, use a single sided razor blade and start at the edges.
Well if it is new and is good quality (non purple tint) still black or smoke like, same procedure but a lot of time and frustration, good quality tint = good quality glue...

Just curious, will these methods work to get off the annoying 'Made in Michigan' sticker I still have in the corner of my windshield?

Ive always wondered about the rear also, you will scratch off the defroster if you go taking a razor blade to it.
