Question Angel Eyes and Halo...

So I have a '95 LS, and recently installed Altezza tail lights and some halo projectors. The tail lights are great, but I'm having a problem with the projectors. The bulbs themselves are bright, but they seem aimed quite low. I realize it is adjustable, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to adjust the lights. Mine didn't come with any instructions, and although I realize it must be the sets of bolts and wingnuts behind the lights, I was looking for specific tips on how to make the lights level.

the three wing nuts control the movement of the beam. tightening each one will gradually move the beam in that direction. i.e. tightening the top left wing nut will move it higher and to the left. there are more threads on this that have more information/pics. i suggest searching for angel eye/halo aiming threads
