Pictures of aftermarket tail lights (eurochrome,cf, black)

Does anyone have any detailed/close up pictures of the aftermarket euro tail lights?

also a picture of the back side where the light sockets plug into?

Im debating buying a pair to modify.. however I want to see what can actually be done with them. And detailed pictures should give me a good enough idea of what can and cant be modified. The ebay pictures just dont do any justice.

I cant believe nobody has anything.

Just about everyone has them, yet not a single pic of anything close up with detail..

Are they just that cheap that people dont want to show off how crappy they are?..

No, I wanna see the sockets that bulbs plug into on the back..

I want a close up of the red lense's to see how they are secured inside..
how the bulbs enter the housing (angles) how close they are to the lense's

Ive seen hundreds of pics that are about that distance.

I would gladly take mine apart (wich are identical to the pic :P) to take detailed pictures for you but i just can't open my trunk. I think the cable is frozen at a certain point under the car and the key hole has been forced by some unknown a**hole who never even succeeded opening the doors (haha sucker) so opening it with a key is just out of the question, meaning I really have to get that lever moving. Oh, and I can't work it from getting inside the trunk because there are 2X10'' subs blocking my way! We got em in there, closed the trunk and the next day... boom wont open anymore! so if anyone could help me find a way yo open it so I could help him MSG ME since I dont want to pollute King6's thread with something that has nothing to do with his question hehe thanks

It definetly will be a months project With the amount of LEDS im using..

I was able to weasel some pictures off the seller i bought the lights from.. the backs look like they will accept leds quite well. The clear lens is what im worried about, I dont want to dremel if off like you mentioned through PM.. Hopefully I can put them in the oven and peel it off like you can do with the fogs, headlights and stock tails

do the clear lens scratch easy?

little update, I got the tails and I started messing with them.. and it looks like my plans will change a little bit.

Im not exactly exicted about using a dremel disc to cut the lens of the tail lights like robii did.. They wont seal up the same since you will see where I reglued them.

So I tried to bake them in the oven like people have done with our headlights and fog lights. Wich was a no go, the clear lens gets soft and bends before the glue even starts to melt.. I tried letting them cool and I chiped one of the lens, however its in a inconspicuous area.

also doing the leds in a full pattern might not be do able...unless I cut the back of the housings off.

Well the lense ended up cracking while attempting to cut it off. These definetly arent an easy project to work with.

The lense inside are only held in by a little bit of glue, I pushed the lenses of with my finger..easily.

Not exactly sure where im going from here.. might scrap the whole thing.
