looked through the thread and couldn't tell... i think they probably do but do the mazda 6 shift knobs have the same thread pattern as our mx6s?

yes the exact same one I can vouch for that.

I'm happy iwth mine it feels weird the old knob was alot thinner and lighter so its a new experiance I feel like hte knob is on backwards LOL

i also have a pgt shift knob came off my wrecked probe and on the 6,i miss my probe

I have a skunk2 gunmetal type R shift knob. It weights 440g and it shifts really smooth. I have a civic sts though so Im not sure if it will fit the stock thread pattern.

I also am looking for a shift knob. I also have tan interior on my mx6 so i am not really liking the m6 knob. It just would go well..

try the mazda speed knob feen has its acctualy not bad its a little spendy though...

I like the 6 knob I have the black on and it goes well with the tan interrior.

My silver one doesn't look too bad. Hmm, mine's a different style than yours TEM. The silver matches my MSP pedals anyway. I know, I still need to install my gas pedal.

Edit: Ironic I wrote this before I read the comment about you not installing hte gas pedal..
I was looking into getting yours aswell but my leather is a bit darker and it wouldn't match aswell with the seats yours are almost the same color

Here you go. Those are the exact same ones I bought from the same seller. Unlike some pedals, MSP ones actually replace your existing pedals. You pull off the original ones and pry, peel, and basically have a hell of a time getting the rubber lip of the new pedals around the metal frame that was under your OEM pedals. The gas pedal requires drilling two holes through the OEM pedal. But the cleaner look is worth it.

My car is going to be the bastard love child of a JDM, ESPEC, and USDM Mx6 threesome.

It's getting there.
