LED board that drive by PWM would look great, but you gonna need the clear lens from those ebay tail, our lens won't look right.

im not sure yet.....but the ones i did have (altezza non carbon fibre look) looked kinda tacky and then you have the m- edition tails, then you have stock. Not too many choices! I want more modern ones...the only thing is that im not AS good with electrical and LED's so Ill get a friend of mine to create the circuit board or w/e needs to be done with that and i do the designing. to be completely honest with you im not sure yet. If I dont create taillights, I will mod some from another car in

Here's the idea I have, I probably won't do it cause tail light is not really my concern at the moment.

Get one of those ebay tail, probably the black one. Open it up and get some superflex red LED, form a circle shape on the circuit board, wire it up so the outer ring is running light and the center part is for brake. Running light will run on 50% duty cycle, and the whole circle will come on as 100% when you press the brake. You'll need a PWM module to do the %, or a microcontroller. Then hide the board underneath the red circle lens, probably do the same thing for the blinker, paint the clear cover red

Just a thought

TL/ZKW hands down, E55 is very intense in the middle but it has no width. They do have the best high beam tho, they sacrifice width to get a nice high beam pattern. I was gonna go with TL, but there are no way you can fit it into the J-Spec housing, unless you cut it up.
