Smile RX-8 Shift Knob on 93 MX-6 W/Short shift

Heyy guyz soo i'm kinda new to the forums, I've been a little apprehensive if you will about posting something online here. Though doubtless your expertise and threads have helped me do countless modifications to my car..

I have one simple question for any who wish to offer their advice.

I just bought a B&M Short shifter for a 93 MX-6 with a 6cyl so for shift knobs I was thinking y not the RX-8 stock shift knob cuz it's heavy and looks nice. Now i realize the fact that it's shaped like a rotor but I like the feel of the knob so i decided to ask u guyz if that would fit my short shifter if so let me kno what u think or any other kinds of shift knobs that u guyz recommend. I work as a 3rd year apprentice at a local mazda dealership so it will a little easier for me to get the RX8 knob..

Cheers,
Nish

if the thread on the short shifter is the same as the stock it should fit right on there. the only problem i have come across with the rx8 knob is that it is a 6 speed instead of 5.

Just found myself a cheap MSP knob so I'll probably sell this one soon.

Yea it looks great, I just want one that with 5-spd letter on it. I like the feel, you won't be disappointed. Once I get the MSP knob I'm selling this one, interested?
