Tire Sizing on Odd Rim Size

Hey im new to aftermarket rims and im thinkin of getting 17X8's..something that looks like the Konig Crosshairs or Enkei RPM2 pref. with a nice deepish lip... +40 offset seems to be most common on these rims...A. will i need spacers? B. Will these wheels cause rubbing? C. What size tire would be most recommended 235 or 245/40/17?? I plan on buying rims within this week maybe early next week at the latest...but i need to know how they will fit/if and wat i will need to make them work properly...If anyone has suggestions on rims that look similar i would like to know BSA 359's come to mind as well... im trying to find the closest match to KONiG Theory's that have been discontinued for a long time and are hard as hell to find... black w/machined lip.... this is what the theory's look like... http://www.southwestmotorsport.co.uk/8507.jpg sorry i dno how to post pics so they show up here... if someone can kindly edit for everyones convienence it would be greatly apreciated...arite thanks
