I heard that it requires almost no fitting at all actually. I believe eastcoastmx6 is putting it on? i forget. search for mazdaspeed lip and im sure you will run across it. i asked that exact question because I too would love to put it on but was skeptical about the fitment. good luck if you get it and tell us how it goes.
well, i had been looking for a good lip for my mx6 from other random cars. some looked like they would fit some didn't. well i came across a lexus sc400. its a coupe and some trim levles have this front lip and some don't. the front of this car is about the same shap as our 2nd gen. mx6. it did actully get to see one parked. i took a look at it, and i could be possible. with some modification to the lip it could fit on our cars. here's a link. what do you think?

um....i really don't know if there is a kit that doesn't need modifcation. a lot of things that we put on car has some sort of fitment issues. im guessing the corksport type "MS" lip would need the least amount of modification, since all the other lips are designed for other cars.(they say its desinged for the japnese front bumper...but how much differnece can there be??)

does it fit gen2? its nice lip.. what lip is it? mugen?
Its a type-r lip. I believe you would want the civic 99-00 type-r lip if your going for that look. like most lips though, it will need some modification. i cant tell you how much with that one though.

Nope, the Civic Type-R lip is too short on the sides to fit.
You'll have to get the PRE-98 Integra Type-R Lip. The Integra's front bumper changed in '98, and so did the Type-R lip for it.
The 94-97 (USDM/JDM) Itegra Type-R Front lip WILL fit, with modification of course.
