Built-in rev limiter

Built-in rev limiter, either 'fuel cut' or 'spark retard'. What is the best way to go.. and why?

au·to·mo·tive / ˌôtəˈmōtiv/ • adj. of, relating to, or concerned with motor vehicles.

the stock ECU uses fuel cut, not sure what your planning but you can use a MSD 6AL for a rev limiter or if you want to permanantly reduce the limiter PM me and i can make you an EPROM.
