I would say it would still be hard even with the intake manifold off, just easier on the arms because you dont have to lean over. Like I put the front rail on first but not screwed in tight (you will need the play), with the connectors facing the wrong way, then slide the rears in with the plug(atached to injector) in sideways and jiggle it in. Mine took about 5 hours to do. only because I had to do them about 4 times each time realising a different mistake which made have to take them out again, twist the connector, try again, etc.

Funny though, in all my searching, no one else seemed to have the problem, could be a ZE intake thing. I thought you were already using a gutted intake. I wonder how it will go now with the new intake.

I dont think they will be that hard, I already mocked them up once on my other IM

I never gutted my intake because I didnt have the time. I also have this other IM project Ive been working on.. that I might use to.

Mine was that long because like I said, take off, put back on, take off, put back on. If I had to do it again, 1-2 hours, taking it easy.

Well i take it nobody cares about this.. havent got any response's toward it.. However ill keep updating for info's sake.

I tested the others today and the stock pintle caps.

One thing I noticed very quickly that could cause problems for people is.. The chance that the bottom O ring doesnt seal tightly is very great.

I tested the redtops, 4 out of 6 of them leaked right when I turned the pump on. ( you will see in my next vid.. they start to drip)
Then on the pink tops with KL03 pintle caps I had 1 leak.. wich I fixed by using a new O ring.
Had I not made this testing rig.. I could have put these injectors on the car and been wasting alot of gas with leaking injectors.

Aside from that problem.. these injectors are a bitch to get into the rails, they are extremtly hard to get back out.. But I did it.. and hopefully never gain .

The KL03 pintle caps work great. they spray in 2 directions.. they are slightly directional aiming at an angle to spray towards the valve..
As you will see in my next vid.

Ive been reading with interest, just dont know what to post though other then the common "oh that is great".

btw, that was the most exciting "bottles being filled with fuel" video ive ever seen. The music makes it, scared me at first though as I had the volume up.

As for the leaking o-rings, do you think they will start to leak again over time?
My laptop sucks for video quality but it looked like the pink tops with the klo3 pintle caps had a really nice spray pattern.

Keep up the good work!

That is one thing I thought of, so I tested the pink tops 5 times.. and ran the pump on them for 10min. I didnt get any leaks..
The problem is the Oring bunch's up sometimes when installing them..
