That is because there are no cheap intercoolers for the 6. In fact, there are no intercoolers for the 6. Ebay however does stock a variety of universal intercoolers for the $100 mark.

Turbo charged, intercooled and Megasquirted KLZE -RB25DET injectors and other boost related goodies - Custom PP Exedy HD Clutch - 2.5" turboback - DBA Slotted x4, EBC Greens - 17" Superlight forged Regamaster Rims - My car (before turbo) http://www.mx6.com/forums/gallery/19...56k-no-go.html

I lost my measurements. I measured my bumper, the space between the bumper and AC crap up and across. Got the biggest one that would fit without modification. btw, that isnt very big at all, but my temps are ambient or close enough to say that the you dont need a big intercooler.

you can get as big as you want really. just know that when you get a monster (like I have) that you will drop boost. I am going to drop at least a psi. but I wanted my fmic to fill up the mouth of my front end. and I did that if you have a stock front end to get a big one is a waste if half of it is covered by your front end. some air my get in but you are not feeding it like it should be. I am lucky that I have a GIANT front end with the blitz that I can get lots of air. and the psi drop wont hurt. I will set it at like 7-8 psi and like 6-7 will get to the motor and that is what I want. also it looks BAD ASS!!!!!! the green monster lives up to its name at last!

Yer inefficiency is awesome

Then again, if I had a front body kit, I wouldnt go with a tiny IC as it would look out of place. But im happy with mine, little to no boost loss and near ambient temps under boost tell me that it is big enough to do the job even in an Australian summer (really hot, kangaroos and [shizzle])

I will have pics up here soon when I get my new front end on the car and I get everything put on
