sr20det injector fitment issue...

Hey guys, so i have custom fuel rails that the injectors go into. But the caps that hold it in place are to big. What did you guys do?

In the Works: KLDE with T3 Turbonetics turbo/ .60trim, 370cc injectors, MSD, AFPR, Megasquirt PnP, intercooled with 2" mandrel piping, performance cams, CenterforceStage 3 clutch, fidanza 9lb flywheel, Greddy SP1 Catback exhaust, SEIBON Carbon fiber hood, RX7 FD Rims, Hubert the Parrotlesss ASPEC Retro fitted HID's, and 05 SI Front seats.
Daily Driver: 4dr 07 SI...Stock for now.

The caps that go around the injector? LIke the part that screw's into the rail to hold the injector down.

Or you talking about the top of the injector that the wiring plug's into?

From what my mechanic said, it's a copper looking cap and he said the cap was to large? I'm going to take a look at it tomorrow...

He is being a [mangina]. You can new ones from injector specialists very easy and very cheap. All different sizes.

I got my nissan injector retainers from a local junkyard for 10$. Dremeled the holes, and polished / painted they look prime.

To bad the o-rings supplied with my new injectors are to big to fit in the rail.

u cant .. unless u have the tools to do it

i sent mine here and got it back within a few days.

A guy said its for KLZE turbo only. And was pretty mean, when I asked him I want to use them with out turbo. He said he did all the cleaning job also...
