I mentioned in another thread that my water pump went bad and the car overheated. Had to change the water pump then realized that there was water in the cylinders and replaced the head gasket. Before taking everything apart I put a mark on the distibutor to indicate it position. Now that everything is back together to get the car to start had to rotate the distributor all the way counter clockwise. I have checked the timing with a timing light and it is correct. It starts now, but will not idle. At 1000 RPM and higher it seems to be ok.
1993-1995 Engine Controller Malfunction Codes
at the top it shows a list of common codes. just take a wire and jump the TEN and GND terminals on the diagnostic box in the engine bay. then turn your car to acc (but not on) the light will flash slow then fast. the slow is for the fist number and the fast is for the second. it explains it on that page
sounds to me like ur 1 tooth out on the timing belt
