Anyone have experience with OBDII to OBDI conversion?

I have access to a FREE OBDI harness. It is coming from an MX3 with a ZE in it. He is parting the car and said i could have his harness and chipped ECU for basically free.
Im also buying headers and a test pipe from him and the headers he has only have a slot for one O2 sensors, whereas my OBDII setup has two sensors per header. That's where i found my problem. and he offered the harness and ECU.

Anyone know how long of a job this is?? engine being in and not coming out?? Any clue??
He seems pretty sure that two people with decent knowledge could get it swapped over in a day...

Anyone with insight?

David
