ECU question

Hello all, my project nearly completed. need to paint my rims and calipers.
and....... so, about my trouble

i have curved eunos klze installed, already changed to straight neck IM, OBX headers, 2.35" full exhaust with Vibrant muffler. mx-3 flywheel. apexi CAI. it`s E-SPEC 94 mx-6 (KLA2 ECU)

when trying to go with KL31 chip i`ve got 02 - crankshaft position sensor error. 8.5s 0-60 with poor acceleration and power loose after 3k RPM.
(fuel maps and vris are working, engine have more aggressive sound)

on stock eeprom chip, i`ve got ~7.5s, 7.7s 0-60 with excellent torque.
(without any errors) so sensor and wires are OK.

PS. Of course Kl31 chip with JE50 and STOCK chip with KL01 MAF

i think 2 reasons.

1. underdrive pulley(i was chenge ze pulley to de) may have different shape, so ECU does not operate with incorrect signal from CKP sensor

2. There are different ECU pinouts used with kl31 chip.

does anybody have KL31/36 ECU pinouts scheme ?
any comments ?

here 2 videos
