Rear quaterlight refit

Hi,

Has anyone had experience re-fitting a rear quarter light. I have had a quote for around $850 to replace in the uk so have sourced a replacement window from a breaker car. I believe the seal has to be broken to get it out but have no idea where to get a new one from or if the window comes with seal pre attached. Basically looking too see if the window can be re-fitted before purchasing it. Any info most appriciated.

Dave.

After a bit of digging around today it seems the window and seal are all one part, so unless it can be removed whole, its a new one from mazda at the cost of $362 plus fitting. Ouch!!

I thought that there were no more quarter windows in any of mazda's warehouses. That price is ridiculous.

The mazda dealer in the uk has said it will have to come from Japan. Better check they can get it before buying the project car then.
