Got big problems.

So I bought a 96 Mazda Mx-6 Mystere LS last Saturday from another province. The car is in great condition, has had its engine swapped with a 2.5 L JDM KL-ZE motor. While bringing it home, a deer jumped out from the ditch and wrecked my car. Insurance won't be writing it off but the mechanics here are puzzled because apparently the seller did not do the swap properly. I am still learning about the inner workings of my Mazda - and I want to get as many opinions as I can. The engine was mounted properly but some wires are loose or not where they should be and it is missing a part.. i have yet to figure out which part that is.

Rad needs replacing - it got knocked loose and is now shot. Do I buy a stock radiator or a radiator that goes with the JDM KLZE?

Angel eyes halo headlights.. how well do they work for mx-6's? I want new headlights that are not stock headlights but provide better visibility because i am always driving the highways.

Buying a couple of manuals tomorrow - one for the car itself and one for the motor but I don't think they make manuals for JDM KLZE's so I am stuck doing things the hard way.

Any other suggestions would be helpful - this will be a first project car for me and I might as well add to it if I'm going to fix it at the same time. Will post pictures later.

I would also appreciate feedback on how I can work on getting the fog lamp harness off so I can replace it - the harness is broken in such a way that the fog lamp was holding on by a wire and I can't seem to find screws or supports that held it in place..

UPDATE: Buying a partscar for my Mazda - so the radiator problem is solved as well as missing part.

Just need help with body work such as fog lamp, replacing the turn signal lamp wire on the driver's side [it's a @@$%^ to take out but maybe i should replace the fender so i have more room to work since the fender is bent and this is where my problem lay] headlights [harness on it broke as well but I've figured out how to take it out]
