need rubber for top and bottom of coil springs ?

I was looking at the Monroe line of struts, and spring seats.

They don't come with rubber insulators for the coiled spring for either
the bottom where it fits into the strut, or the top where the spring seat goes. Is that standard procedure now, where nobody uses rubber insulators anymore ?

If they are needed, I guess you have to get them at the dealer.

Anyone have advise about this, please post.

When I did my tokico illumina Megan spring set up I didn't get rubber insulators either, so what I did was take the rubber from the old suspension and slapped it on and I was ready to go. Much cheaper than the dealer. They quoted me 90$ or 100$ bucks. I can't remember exactly

Oh and also to save you money, the back struts from your old suspension, you can use your body weight to compress them enough. Not the fronts however..
