Climate control lights/heat/AC

I have a 97 MX6 2.0 and the climate control lights have gone out. With this problem also I have NO heat or when I press the AC button nothing happens. The fan works, just blows outside air. Also, when I hit the defrost or say the floor button, it dosent change, just keeps blowing out the front vents. None of the buttons work. Ive checked all the fuses under the dash and they are good. Could it be one of the relay switches under the hood in the fuse box?

Did you check the fuses in the kick panel? Try those. Then check connections in The back of the unit.

If none of those work you cold try and get a unit from the yard to test yours and then take it back if that doesn't cure your problem.

I looked at all the fuses in the kick panel and they are good.

Sounds like the unit's not getting any power.

Don't know about the MX-6 but on the 626 it is possible for condensation to build up on the back of the harnesses. Maybe condensation shorted out the whole thing?
