Some technical details for my own records:

MTX-L Wideband sensor - Bosch part number 17014
Fuel hose -
Injectors - 310cc millennia S (2001+)
SSAC Ebay header primaries to Y-Pipe(non-turbo also): Eg24154 rol gaskets
Spark plugs - NGK Bkr7e 0.27 gap
Headlight Bulbs - 6000k H7 HID
Foglights Bulbs - 6000k H3 HID
Brakes - MS6 Fronts, 2000 626 rears. SS brake lines.
Rear PCV Hose Size - 9/16" (14Mm)





I got this car back in 2010 from my grandmother and it was stock as all hell. stock KLDE Mazda engine pushing 165 to the front wheels. 5speed manual transmission and 67k miles.

then i changed my headlights to halo projectors. yaayy

m2 lowering springs from ebay! 1.5-2 inch drop






fixed some things. broke down a few times



tinted my tails and reflectors



got some hella bright cree reverse lights


that was about all the appearance changes in 2012

removed my spoiler.



got a new one off a nissan altima



painted the lip kit






made a front lip and got a supra style wing from a cavalier for $70

thats all as far as visual mods. i dont have any more planned except for the construction of a clear gts style cover/lense to go over the angel eyes.

started off stock and gross





so i painted it purple!




that looked cool for a while but then it faded to a maroon because it wasnt high temp paint.



added a k&n cold air intake



all the swag


then i painted it blue.





made a radiator fan shroud

installed a full header-back stainless steel exhaust with a catalytic converter delete. installed it all myself. welding for catback done by S&S

got me some lightweight rx7 FD rims for cheap. ready to hit the track!


MS6 brakes ready to go on. massive 12.4" rotors. 1.4" increase over stock.








painted purple ready for install. waiting on SS brake lines

What I don't really get is you have FD rims for weight savings but then you add all that in (imo unnecessarily oversized) brake discs, in part negating the weight savings. Am I missing something? :p

Otherwise really appreciate the work/effort you put into the car. Visually it's not my style but to each their own :)
