how can i disengage e-brake?

hi. i'm stuck here at my friends house because my e-brake won't disengage. this is a problem i've been having for a while. i got the calipers replaced by my mechanic.. he said he couldn't duplicate the problem (ebrake not disengaging) but he replaced them anyways. so i got my car back, same day still had teh same problem, took it back, he "fixed" it again, and now it's still happening.. but i'm stuck at my friends house and i need to get the hell out of here :P

i saw him disengage the brake the first time so i could drive it for the weekend...i need to know how to do it so i can get the hell out of here.

i looked under the car and i think i know what cable it is, i just have to detach it but how can i do it properly and make sure i have the right cable?

thanks.

Were the T hook connects to the caliper, just remove the cable from than and hit the caliper right there to move it back, that will losen the brake.
