Lightbulb ??Rotary Engine Swap ??

I have a 95 mx-6 2.0 . Is it possible to find an older rx-7 rotary engine or anything to put in this thing???? If so how much would one cost.

Before this gets closed, I'll add a little info.

Basically you can do anything with money if you've got it. The rotary is made for RWD, which our car is not. That means you would basically need to get the motor, trans, entire drivetrain, and probably rear suspension. You got 30 grand, go for it. My advise, buy an RX-7.

Why not buy an RX-8 and keep the 6 as a second car?

Alcohol is alcohol. It doesn't matter what you drink. It all depends on how fast you wanna get wrecked.

True, but then you wouldn't have a couple of turbo's to play with.

Absolutely, with no modifications at all. Don't listen to Zero Cool. He doesn't know what he's talking about.

Hell, if you put the back seats down you could get as many as four in there and still have a passenger.

If you want a different motor, buy a different car. It's as simple as that.

what if...

you were to find an old 1st gen rx-7, and swap out evertying btween the mx and rx? why? well the mx looks a lot nicer.

it may cost a lot of money, but where is the most money spent? parts, or haveing someone else do it (car shop)?
